You can find us over at 58A2, Thenvadal Street in Keelakudieruppu. That's right here in the Jayankondam area, part of Udayarpalayam Taluk. We’ve been living and working in Ariyalur for a long time. ASNIKA BUILDERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is mostly just a local operation. We do the kind of building work that neighbors need. Sometimes it's a small wall, other times it's a whole house starting from the ground up. Being an OPC means it’s pretty personal for us. We know the soil here and how the rain affects the builds in Tiruchirappalli and surrounding spots. The office is right at our post address, so we are always around. It’s not a corporate setup with a front desk or anything. You’ll usually see some sand or gravel piled up nearby because there is always a project going. We use simple tools and traditional ways mostly. It works for the houses around here. People in Keelakudieruppu know us by name, which is how we like it. We aren't big on advertising; we just do the work and move to the next one. The roads can be narrow around Thenvadal Street, but we manage to get the materials through. We’ve been through many seasons here, learning what holds up and what doesn’t in our climate. It’s honest work, and we stay busy enough without needing to make a big fuss about it.
