Suganthi Clinic

At No 4/121 A in Anuppanady, Suganthi Clinic is just a part of the daily life on this street. It’s not a big hospital or anything like that. We just have a few rooms where we see people who live nearby. The address is easy enough to find if you’re from this side of town. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. There’s a lot of walking traffic outside. You hear the motorbikes and the kids playing as they go to school. Inside the clinic, we try to keep things calm, but it’s a busy little place. The chairs in the waiting area are basic and we don't have any television or fancy magazines. People just sit and talk or look at their phones. We see a lot of regular faces. Some people have been coming here since we first opened the doors. It’s a humble spot, really. We don't have a huge team, so you usually see the same person at the front every time you visit. It makes it feel a bit more like a neighborly thing than a business. We handle the usual stuff that comes up in a day. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s clean and it works for what we need. Anuppanady is a lively area and we’re glad to be right in the middle of it.
