Service Engineer

You can find us at 29/13, Khanpalayam 1St Street. We are right in the heart of Madurai, 625 009. Being a Service Engineer in this part of Tamilnadu means dealing with the heat and the crowds, but we don't mind it. Our shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a standard door on a busy street. We’ve been doing this for a good while. The neighbors around Khanpalayam are friendly enough, and we usually share a tea during the breaks. We do engineering work, mostly fixing things that people bring in. It’s a lot of manual labor and figuring out why machines stopped working. We don’t have a website or a marketing team. We just have our tools and this small space on the first street. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, and things get a bit loud. That’s just life in Madurai for you. We keep our prices fair because we know everyone else is working hard too. The building has been there forever, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we'd rather spend our time working on the equipment. The structure is an older one, so it has some character, and maybe a few leaks when it pours, but it’s home for the business. We focus on the task at hand and try to get things back to the owners as soon as we can. It’s not a complicated business model, but it’s ours.
