Tezad Pharmaceutical is a small one-person company located in Araria. We work out of a space in Kali Bazar, which is usually quite crowded with people and carts. Praveen Kumar is the one who keeps things moving here. Being in Araria means we deal with a lot of local shops that need their medicine supplies on time. It is not a very big office, just enough room for our inventory and a small desk where we do the accounts. The building is simple and we don't have any flashy signs outside. Most people find us by asking around the bazaar. We handle a variety of products and spend most of our day checking boxes and making sure the orders are right. The roads around here can be tough during the rainy season, so we have to plan our transport carefully. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting crates and organizing the shelves. We don't have a big team or a fancy corporate structure. It’s just practical business. We try to be fair with everyone and keep our records straight. Sometimes we work late into the evening when a big shipment arrives. We have been at this address for a while now and we know the rhythms of the market. It is a humble setup but it works for what we need to do. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting the medicines where they are supposed to go.
