You can find us at House Number 132 in Mukhiya Tola. It’s in the Shakti Nagar area under the Pipiganj police station. It is a bit of a drive from the main city center, but we like it here. The atmosphere is much calmer. We have been in the pharmaceutical business for several years. The building we use is quite old, but we have fixed it up enough to keep the medicines safe and dry. We don't have any fancy air conditioning in the main office, just a few ceiling fans that work overtime in the summer. It’s mostly family members and a couple of neighbors working here. We handle a lot of the distribution for the smaller clinics in the surrounding villages. Every morning, we start by checking the temperature in the storage area. Then we move on to the paperwork. It’s a lot of writing things down in big registers. We don't rely too much on fancy computers because the internet can be spotty out here. Sometimes the road in Mukhiya Tola gets blocked by cattle or farm equipment, but we are used to it by now. We just wait it out. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. People know who we are because we have been here for a long time. It’s a straightforward business and we take it one day at a time without any fuss.
