Gammon India Ltd

We are located out in Forbesganj, over in the Jagdish Mill Compound. Being in the Araria district of Bihar means things move at a certain pace, and we’ve adapted to that over the years. Gammon India has a presence here because there’s always work to be done in this part of the state. The compound is an old industrial area, so it’s not exactly a modern office park. There’s dust from the road and the sound of trucks passing by quite often. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our records and meet with the local crews. It gets very hot during the summer months, so we rely on the ceiling fans and open windows. The office isn't much to look at, just some sturdy tables and a lot of ledgers. We spend a lot of time out on site, but this is where we come back to check the numbers and plan the next day. It’s a practical space. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often grab snacks from the corner stall during our breaks. The rains can make the compound a bit muddy, but that’s just part of life here. We don’t do things in a flashy way. We just show up, do the job, and manage everything from this small corner of the mill compound. It’s honest work and a quiet spot to get it done. It might not look like much, but we get plenty accomplished.
