Selva Agencies

Out here in Arantangi, things move a bit slower than they do in the bigger towns. Selva Agencies is located at 5/7 Duraikarapuram, which is a pretty easy spot to find if you know the area. It’s a simple building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We spend our days mostly organizing the stock and making sure everything is where it should be. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it because there’s always something else to do. We have a small desk near the front where we keep the main books. Most of our work is just dealing with the daily ins and outs of the business. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually take a bit of a break when the sun is at its highest. The neighbors are good people, and we often find ourselves chatting over the fence or at the front door about how the season is going. We don’t have a website or anything like that; people just know we’re here by word of mouth. It’s been that way for a long time. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the work. If a delivery is late, we just wait for it. There’s no point getting worked up over things you can’t change. It’s just a regular local agency doing what needs to be done.
