Mahalaxmi Spices

Down in the village of Bagsonda, you will find Mahalaxmi Spices. Our mail goes to the post office in Dhagara and we fall under the Ranibandh police station. It is a rural area, so things move a bit slower here than they do in the big cities. We like it that way because it gives us time to focus on the spices we handle. The air around Bagsonda is clean and quiet, except for when we are working. We use the local ways of doing things because that is what we were taught. Our building is just a simple structure in the village, nothing fancy at all. We spend our days sorting through different spices and getting them ready. It is repetitive work but it is important to us. Sometimes it is hard to get supplies out here because the roads aren't always in the best shape, especially after a heavy rain. We just take it as it comes. Being in Ranibandh means we are part of a small community where everyone knows everyone else. We don't have a big marketing department or any corporate plans. We just want to keep the tradition of spice work going in Bagsonda. It is a humble life but it is ours. We wake up early, do the work, and go home when the sun sets. There are no complicated missions here, just the daily grind with the spices we know best.
