Vijay Alloy Castings

We are out here on Ponnai Road, right at 37/2B in Nellikuppam. Vijay Alloy Castings is a place where we deal with heat and metal every day. Being via Lalapet means we are a bit outside the main city hustle, which suits us just fine. The foundry work is hard and it gets very hot near the furnaces, especially during the summer months. We don't have any fancy offices or shiny floors. It is mostly dirt, sand, and the smell of molten metal. We spend our time pouring castings and making sure the molds are set right. It is a slow process sometimes, and you can't really rush it. We are just a group of people who have been doing this for years. Most of us live nearby and we have grown used to the rhythm of the work. When we aren't working, we’re usually just sitting in the shade for a bit. We don’t do any marketing or have a sales team. People who need alloy castings usually find their way to us because there aren't many places doing it this way anymore. We just keep the fires going and get the orders filled at 37/2B. It’s not a glamorous life, but it is what we know. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make good castings and keep the business running here in Nellikuppam. That is all there is to it.
