You can find Jayam Real Estate at No 24B on Mudhaliyar Street. We are out in Sankari Taluk, quite close to the Akkammapet Post office. This part of the region is where we’ve spent most of our lives, so opening a real estate office here made sense. It’s a very local operation. The office is just a room with some basic furniture and a ceiling fan that works most of the time. We don't have any big flashy signs. People mostly know us by name around here. Our day usually starts with checking if any new land has come up for sale or if someone is looking for a house to rent. We spend a lot of time on our motorbikes, riding out to different plots to take a look for ourselves. It’s important to see the actual ground before talking to anyone about it. The paperwork can be a headache, but we’ve learned how to navigate the local offices over the years. We aren't some big city firm with dozens of agents. It’s just a couple of us trying to help our neighbors find what they need. Sometimes we sit outside on the bench and talk to whoever passes by. That’s often how we find out about the best deals. It’s a slow pace of life in Sankari, and we like it that way. We just keep our books updated and try to be useful to the community.
