Habeeb Engineering Works

Habeeb Engineering Works is located at No. 71 Block A in Aibeem Nagar. It is basically a workshop where we spend all day long with metal and grease. The shop floor is almost always covered in tiny metal shavings. We have a few lathes and some basic welding equipment. It gets really bright when we start welding so we have to use those heavy dark masks. My father started this business a long time ago. He taught me everything I know about how to fix things and make custom parts. We do not do anything flashy or high-tech here. Most of our customers are just locals who need something repaired or a specific part made for their own machines. The neighbors complain about the clanking noise sometimes but we try to keep it down in the late evenings. It is a small place. You can barely fit four people in the office area at the same time. We keep all our tools hanging on the wall so we do not lose them in the mess. Sometimes a stray dog wanders in from the street and sits in the shade of the doorway. It is pretty hot in the summer but the high ceiling helps a little bit. We do not have a secretary or anyone like that to answer phones. If the phone rings someone just picks it up. Usually my hands are too dirty from the oil to answer quickly.
