M N Cement Articals

Our place, M N Cement Articals, is on Jatari Road. We are in a bit of a funny spot because we are near the petrol pump but also right by those computer training institutes. It is a mix of old-fashioned heavy work and people learning how to use software. You see the students walking by with their bags while we are moving heavy cement blocks. It makes for an interesting day. Jatari Road is always busy. The smell of petrol is often in the air when the wind blows the right way. We have a decent-sized yard where we keep all the articles we make. It is just me and a few local guys who do the casting and the lifting. We do not have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just put our things out where people can see them. Most of our customers are folks from around the neighborhood who are building a wall or fixing a house. We talk to everyone who comes by. It is not a formal place. You can usually find me sitting on a plastic chair near the entrance. The work is messy and my clothes are always stained, but it is honest. We have been here long enough that people just know to come to the petrol pump and look for the cement stuff next door. We do not need anything more than that. It is a good way to make a living.
