Indian Steel Corporation Limited Ruchi Group

Our Indian Steel Corporation Limited office here is part of the Ruchi Group, and we are based in Sohagpur, which is in the Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh. It is a bit more of a rural setting compared to the big cities, but there is plenty of industrial activity going on. We are right in the middle of it. Our work mainly involves dealing with steel supplies for various regional projects. The office is a simple place where we manage the daily grind. We don't use a lot of big words or have fancy presentations for clients. We just talk to the local builders and project managers to see what they need for their jobs. Sometimes the roads around here can be a bit rough for the heavy trucks, so we spend a lot of time planning the best routes. It’s a lot of coordination and paperwork, but it’s what we know how to do. The people working here are mostly from around Shahdol, so it feels like a close-knit group. We take our work seriously, but we also like to have a bit of a laugh when things get stressful. There is no corporate polish here, just honest people trying to move steel from one place to another. We’ve been doing this for a while and plan to keep at it for the foreseeable future as the area grows.
