Tata Bricks

Our place is out in Village 87Gb, right along Raysingh Road. It’s quiet out here mostly, except for when the trucks are coming in and out. We spend most of our days dealing with the dirt and the ovens. Making bricks isn't easy work, especially when the sun is beating down on the village. We started Tata Bricks because there was a need for good building material around this part of Raysingh Road. We don't do anything special, just the same process that’s worked for years. Some days the clay is better than others, so we have to watch it closely. The guys working here live nearby, so we're all locals. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a small space to sit and some shade. If you drive down the road, you can't miss the stacks. We try to keep things organized but a brickyard is always a bit messy. It's just the way it is with all that dust and moving parts. People from the village know where to find us. We don't do much talking, mostly just heavy lifting and keeping the kilns at the right temperature. The road can be a bit bumpy after the rain, so the trucks have to take it slow. We usually just sit outside and watch the progress of the kiln. It’s been our life for a while now. We just keep making them one by one. Hope the roads stay clear for the deliveries.
