Wellbuilt Technocrats is located at Anjali Niwas in Balaramprasad, which is near Nalco Nagar in Angul. We’ve been at this address, Plot No 1123/12905, for quite some time now. Our work is a bit of a mix of technical engineering and regular construction. It's not a flashy business. We work out of a modest office that is part of a residential area. This helps us stay close to the community and the local projects we manage. Angul is an industrial area, so there is always some kind of work going on. We are usually busy with technical drawings or out at a site checking on the progress of a build. We don’t use a lot of fancy language or have a big corporate image. We are just regular engineers and builders who know the local terrain. Sometimes the work is slow and other times we are working late to get everything finished. That is just how the construction life goes. We don't have a dedicated sales team. Most people just know us from previous jobs we’ve done in the area. We try to be practical about everything we do. Our office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples of materials, but it’s where we get the real work done. We’ve stayed in Balaramprasad because it’s home. We are just trying to do a solid job on every project that comes our way without making things complicated.
