Sridhanya Stamps And Idcards is right at No : 1 on Sathy Main Road. Being at the very start of the road means there’s never a quiet moment. The traffic is constant, with buses and bikes roaring past all day long. It can get pretty dusty inside because of the road, but we just wipe down the counters and keep going. The shop isn’t very big, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need for making stamps and IDs into the space. There’s a smell of ink and plastic that hits you when you walk in. It’s a simple place with a few stools for people to sit on while they wait. Sathy Main Road is a major route, so we see a lot of different people passing by our door. Some just pop in because they saw the sign while stuck in traffic. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us handling the orders. The walls are covered with samples of old work, mostly just for our own reference. It’s a practical little shop. We don’t go for any of that modern minimalist look. It’s cluttered but we know where everything is. When the sun goes down, the street lights come on and the road gets even busier. We usually stay open until the evening rush starts to die down a bit. It is a long day, but we are used to the noise by now.
