You can find Vasundhara Ventures & Constructions Private Limited right on M.B.T. Road in Punganur. Our office is spread across units 27-5/3, 4, and 5 in Revenue Ward No.27. It is a busy location with a lot of vehicles passing by all day long. Being on the main road makes it very convenient for people to stop by and talk about their construction needs. We have a few different rooms for the various parts of the business, but it is all very functional and plain. There are blueprints and land maps spread out on almost every flat surface. We focus mostly on local ventures and building projects in the Chittoor area. The 517247 region has its own challenges, like the dry weather, so we always keep that in mind when we are planning. We are not a big, polished company with a lot of money to spend on advertising. We are just a group of guys who know how to manage construction sites. Most of our morning is spent on the phone with suppliers or at the sites checking on the progress. It is a bit loud with the traffic noise from M.B.T. Road, but we are used to it by now. We try to be as straightforward as possible with everyone we meet. We do not have any complicated missions, we just want to build good structures that people can actually use.
