Lrm Confratec Private Limited is situated at No.31-58-4 in Kothaindlupunganur. Punganur is a decent place to be, and our office sits right in the middle of things. We have been working out of this space for a bit now. It is mostly just a room with some tables where we talk about the jobs we have going on. We do a lot of the heavy lifting and technical stuff for construction projects. Most days you will find someone here drinking coffee and looking at schedules. We don't really bother with being fancy because that doesn't get the walls built or the roads laid. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon and it gets quite warm inside, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We know most of the people around here and they know us as the ones who are always moving materials around. It can be a lot of stress when things don't go according to plan, like when the weather turns or a delivery is late. But we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people, just a small group trying to do right by the work. Every day is a bit different, which is fine by us. We mostly focus on making sure the equipment is ready and the guys know where they are supposed to be. That is how we spend our time in Kothaindlupunganur.
