Akar Offset

Akar Offset is situated at Plot No. 1601/a on Old Police Station Road. We are tucked away behind J. P. Industries inside the Gidc area. It is a bit of a maze back here if you are not familiar with the turns. The road name comes from the old station that used to be nearby. It is a practical location for a business like ours. We have the presses and the paper stock all kept in the main room. It can get pretty loud when the machines are running at full speed. We have been here for a number of years and have seen the businesses around us change. Some close down and new ones start up. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. The walls are lined with samples of things we have done in the past. It’s not a fancy showroom, just a working shop. Sometimes the delivery vans have a hard time finding the turn behind J. P. Industries, so we usually have to give them directions over the phone. It is a tight-knit community here in the Gidc. Most of us help each other out if we run out of something or need a hand. The day starts at nine and we usually stay until the last job is finished. It is just a normal way to earn a living with some ink on our hands.
