Our place is in the Shrushti Complex, specifically at number 104. It’s right near Gil Colony and the Patel Waadi area, close to the Saradar Park Chokdi in Gidc Ankleshwar. Being in the Gidc area means we are surrounded by lots of other industrial and commercial buildings. It's a busy part of Gujarat, honestly. There is always a lot of movement outside with trucks and people going to work. Inside our unit, we keep things pretty straightforward. We have our equipment and our desks. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over. We start early because the heat can get pretty bad by the afternoon. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we know the drill. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us; we just write down what we need to. It’s a functional space meant for work, not for showing off. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from the road, but that’s just how it is in Ankleshwar. We focus on our production and making sure things are shipped out or handled correctly. There’s a tea stall just around the corner where everyone gathers around four. It’s a decent place to work, and we all know each other’s names. We just keep our heads down and get the job done every day without any big fuss about it.
