S Nitin Construction Co is based out of Bhavnagar in Gujarat. Our office is located at 203, Kailas Enclave. It’s a typical office space where we handle all the planning for our construction projects. Being in Bhavnagar, we are part of the local building scene here. Construction is a messy and loud business, but the office at Kailas Enclave is where we try to keep things organized. I spend my days looking at site photos and talking to supervisors on the ground. We have been doing this for a long time now. It’s a lot of responsibility because you want things to be built right. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a dedicated sales team. Most people in the area just know us by the work we’ve finished over the years. The office is usually cluttered with samples of tiles, bricks, and rolls of blueprints. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We deal with all the usual headaches of construction like weather delays or labor shortages. It’s just part of the job. We keep a small crew in the office to handle the accounts and the permits. It’s a straightforward operation. We just take one project at a time and try to see it through to the end. Bhavnagar is our home, and we are glad to be working here.
