You can find us at 105-A on Annaiappa Gounder Street. We are right off Nallam Palayam Road in Ganapathy. It’s an area where people know about machinery and how things are built. We deal with textile machines. If you walk into our place, you’ll likely see some machine parts lying around on the floor or a technician with grease on his hands. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. The building is simple, nothing fancy about it. We have a small office area and then space for the actual machine work. The noise of the street is always there, but we don't mind it much. We spend our time fixing things or helping people figure out why their equipment isn't running right. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. It’s just a group of people who know how these machines work inside and out. Sometimes we have to travel out to different mills to see things in person. When we are back at the shop, it’s mostly about cleaning parts and answering the phone to help customers. The weather gets really hot here, so we have a few big fans going all day long. It’s a practical job. We don't make big promises; we just try to get the machines back in working order so everyone can get back to work. It keeps us occupied.
