Prayosha Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 6209 in the Gidc area. It’s a busy spot with a lot of movement throughout the day. Working in healthcare supplies means we have to keep things relatively organized, but it’s still an industrial setting at the end of the day. The floors are concrete and the walls are plain. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make us look polished. It’s just us here, making sure everything is in its right place. The Gidc can be a bit overwhelming for someone new because all the plots look similar, but 6209 is where we’ve set up shop. We have a small area for breaks where we sit and talk about our families or whatever is on the radio. The hum of the machinery from the neighbors is like background music to us now. We see the same faces every morning at the gate. Some of the guys have been working in this sector for decades. We don’t use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, do the shifts, and go home. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or find something else to clean. It’s a very grounded way of living. We just try to stay efficient without making a big fuss about it. The people working here are mostly locals from the nearby villages or towns. We all eat together in the small canteen area when we get the chance.
