We've been over here at Baid Industries Pvt. Ltd. for quite a while now. Our spot is at Plot No. 8 in the G.I.D.C. Panoli area. Most days you’ll find us just keeping things moving on the floor. It isn’t always quiet, but it’s where we get the work done. The team usually gets in early to set everything up. Panoli is a busy place, and being in the G.I.D.C. means there’s always something happening next door or down the road. We just focus on what’s in front of us. It’s a basic industrial setup, nothing fancy to look at from the outside, but it works for what we do. People around here know where to find us if they need anything. We don’t spend much time on the computer or writing big speeches. We'd rather be working with the machines or checking the inventory. If you're driving through the industrial estate, you'll see our sign at Plot No. 8. It's been a steady place for us, and we've got a good group of people who’ve stayed with us over the years. We keep the doors open and try to stay organized, even when it gets hectic. It’s just how we run things day to day. We don’t make a big fuss about it. We’re just here in Panoli doing our bit. We don't ask for much else.
