J. B. Chemicals Pharma Ltd. covers a lot of ground here, from Plot No. 215 to 219 and then 304 to 310. We are located in the Gidc Industrial Estate in Pamoli, Ankleshwar, which is in the Bharuch district. Being in pharma means we have to keep things a bit cleaner than some of our neighbors, but it’s still a factory at the end of the day. The buildings are spread out over several plots, so there is a lot of walking back and forth between the labs and the production lines. Ankleshwar is known for being hot, and the industrial estate can feel even hotter with all the steam and machinery. We wear lab coats and masks for a good part of the shift. It’s a serious environment because of the chemicals we handle. There are always safety checks happening. The canteen is where everyone gathers to catch their breath and have a quick meal. We have a lot of people working here, from chemists to loaders. The trucks come in with raw materials and leave with boxes of medicine. It’s a constant cycle. We’ve been in the Bharuch area for many years, so we’ve seen the estate grow and change. It’s a massive operation, but when you’re on the floor, it just feels like a group of people trying to get their lists finished before the day ends.
