P P Savani School

Out in Ankleshwar, specifically on Valia Road in the Kosamdi area, sits P P Savani School. It’s a bit away from the main town center, which is actually quite nice because it’s a little less congested. The road outside can get busy with commuters, but the school grounds are fairly large. We spend a lot of our time just managing the logistics of such a big place. There are buses to coordinate and a lot of ground to cover. The building is solid and has plenty of windows, which helps with the breeze on hot Gujarat afternoons. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our students come from the families living in the nearby residential areas or those working in the industries around Ankleshwar. The staff room is usually a mess of papers and tea cups, which is just a sign of how busy we stay. We don't have a polished corporate look; it’s more of a functional, lived-in environment. You’ll see some cracks in the pavement and some old paint, but it shows the history of the place. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks of running classes and keeping the kids on track with their studies. It’s a lot of hard work, especially during the monsoon when the roads get muddy, but we’ve been doing it this way for a long time and don’t plan on changing much.
