You can find us over at Plot No. 5067 in the G.I.D.C. section. We are pretty close to the Lyka Lab Chokadi, which is a well-known landmark around here. It’s a busy intersection with lots of trucks moving in and out of the industrial estate. Our trading business happens right out of this warehouse space. It’s basically a big room full of goods, a couple of desks, and some chairs for when we need to sit down and talk. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist. Most of the time, we’re out on the floor checking the stock or on the phone trying to coordinate a delivery. The floors are concrete and the roof is corrugated metal, so it gets a bit loud when it rains. But we like the space. It’s functional and gives us enough room to store everything we need. The neighbors are mostly other traders or small manufacturing units. We all kind of look out for each other. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of G.I.D.C., but we just keep working as best we can. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s honest work. We spend a lot of time making sure the orders are correct before they leave the gate. If you’re looking for us, just head towards the chokadi and look for our plot number. We’re usually there from morning till late evening, even on Saturdays when things are usually a bit quieter around the yard.
