Malani Construction Co.

We have our office for Malani Construction Co. on Maa Kalawad Road here in Rajkot-2. We are situated right opposite Dhulesiya School, so we hear the school bell and the kids playing every day. It’s a lively spot in Gujarat to have a business. The office itself is pretty basic, just a place where we keep our tools and manage the various projects we have going on. We don't go for anything fancy like marble floors or glass walls. It's a workspace for people who actually do the building. Most days, you’ll find us wearing dusty boots and drinking tea while we look over some plans. We've been working in the Rajkot area for a long time and we know the ground here well. Whether it’s a small repair or a bigger project, we just take it as it comes. We aren't big on talking ourselves up or using marketing tricks. We figure if the work is okay, people will keep calling us. It can get pretty hot on Kalawad Road in the summer, but we just keep at it. Having the school nearby makes the area feel friendly and familiar. We are just a local crew trying to keep busy and do our jobs without making a big scene about it. It’s a regular life and a regular business, and that’s how we like to keep it.
