Larsen & Toubro Limited Ecc Division

We are based in Jhagadia, which is right in the Ankleshwar area of Gujarat. This is where the Larsen & Toubro Limited ECC Division handles a lot of the industrial work. Ankleshwar is a big industrial hub, so it makes sense for us to be right here in the middle of it. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we manage the site operations. It gets quite hot in this part of Gujarat, especially during the summer months. Most of us spend our days coordinating between the suppliers and the engineers on the ground. There is always noise from the nearby factories and trucks moving back and forth on the roads. We’ve been working out of this Jhagadia location for a while now. It is a very practical place to be if you are involved in building things. We deal with a lot of concrete, steel, and logistical headaches every day. The staff here is a mix of locals and people who moved here for the project. We usually grab lunch from the small dhabas nearby. It’s a no-frills environment. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are mostly focused on the construction schedules and making sure the materials arrive on time. It is a lot of hard work, but the team here is used to it. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It is simple but honest work that keeps us very busy.
