Jhagadia Copper Ltd

Jhagadia Copper Ltd is tucked away in Juni Vadi at the Vasant Mii Chal in Bharuch. It is a very local spot, and if you aren't from this neighborhood, you might have a hard time finding us. Being in the chal means we are right in the middle of the community. There are families living all around and small shops on every corner. It makes the workday feel a lot less isolated. Our space is pretty tight. We have copper stored in every bit of space we can find, and the office is just a small room with one window. It gets very hot in the middle of the day. We usually keep a radio playing to drown out some of the noise from the street. People from the neighborhood often stop by to say hello while they’re out. It’s not like one of those big industrial parks where you never see a soul. Here, we know everyone’s name. We handle the copper recycling and processing with the machines we have in the yard. It involves a lot of lifting and moving things by hand. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or big advertising signs. Just the work and the crew doing it. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but we just deal with it. It’s home for us and that’s plenty.
