Hindalco Industries Ltd,Dahej,Bharuch Unit:Birla Copper

Our spot is at 12 Jayeshnagar Society in the Andada area of Ankleshwar. It’s quite close to the Dahej and Bharuch operations for Hindalco’s Birla Copper unit. If you know the society, we are easy enough to find. The building is just a regular place, nothing that stands out too much from the other houses around here. We spend our time managing the details for the unit. It’s a lot of data entry and keeping track of what’s happening at the plant. Ankleshwar is a busy industrial town, so there is always something going on nearby. You can hear the trucks sometimes. We don't really have any fancy furniture or a big reception area. It’s mostly just us at our desks. Sometimes we have to go over to the Bharuch unit if there is something urgent, but usually, we stay put here in the society office. The people in the neighborhood are friendly enough. We try to keep things quiet so we don't bother anyone living next door. It’s a decent enough setup for a small team. We don't need much more than our computers and a working phone line. It’s a practical way to work. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks that come our way every morning. Most of the staff has been here for a couple of years, so we have a good rhythm going. It is honest work and we stay busy with it.
