You can find us at Plot No. 127/1 in the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial estate means there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. Gujarat Organics Ltd has been part of this landscape for a good while. Our building is practical and made for work. It has a lot of concrete and metal, and we don't spend much time worrying about how it looks from the outside to passersby. Inside, we are focused on the chemical processes and making sure our batches come out right. The air around here usually smells like industry, which is something you just get used to after working here for a week. We have a team that knows the equipment inside and out. It’s not a desk job for most of us; we are often out on the floor checking on things. We keep a small office space for the paperwork, but it’s usually a bit dusty because of the location and the trucks driving past. We eat our lunch together in a small breakroom and talk about our families or the local news. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy titles. We just want to produce what we promised and get it loaded onto the trucks on time. The G.I.D.C. is a maze sometimes, but once you find Plot 127, you’re there. It’s a hardworking environment, and that suits our style. We just keep moving forward with our daily tasks.
