Our facility is located at J-7018 on South Road 14 within the Gidc Estate. It’s a specialized area where a lot of industrial work happens every day. We mainly deal with dyes and related materials. Because of the nature of the work, the shop often smells like chemicals and has colors on the floor. It’s a messy job sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a big company with a HR department; it's mostly family and a few local workers. These guys have learned the trade from us over a long time. Mixing and packing happen right here in this unit. The Gidc layout can be a bit confusing for newcomers, but once you find South Road 14, we are easy to spot. We don't do much in the way of sales pitches or advertising. People usually come to us because they need specific colors for their own products. We just focus on getting the shades right. If a customer isn't happy with a batch, we sit down and figure out how to fix it immediately. There aren't a lot of rules here, just that the work needs to be done properly. It’s a practical place where we eat lunch together in the small room at the back. It’s not a glamorous life, but we like being able to run our own shop and keep the orders moving out the door.
