Shramik Chemicals

We are over at Plot Number 6904 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. It is a busy place where the trucks are always moving in and out. Shramik Chemicals is just our small operation here. The shed is quite large and it gets really hot during the summer months. We spend most of our time moving drums around and checking on the mixtures. The floor is made of hard concrete and it has some stains from over the years. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning or anything like that. Just a couple of desks and some old chairs where we sit to do the paperwork. The air around here always smells a bit like chemicals and dust. We’ve been here for quite a while now. Our neighbors are all doing different kinds of manufacturing. Sometimes we help each other out if a machine breaks down. We get our tea from the small stall just down the road. It is a long walk under the sun but it’s worth it. We don't really have a big sign out front. Most people who need us already know where we are. It’s just a regular day-to-day job for us. Orders come in and we just deal with them one by one. It’s loud because of the nearby factories, but you get used to the noise after a few days. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
