Shrinath Industries

We are tucked away at Plot No. 4933. It’s a bit of a maze back here, and if you aren’t looking closely at the numbers, you might drive right past Shrinath Industries. We’ve got a small team here, mostly folks who’ve been in the trade for a long time. The workshop gets pretty loud once the machines start up around eight in the morning. It’s not one of those corporate offices where everyone wears a tie. Here, you’re more likely to see us with grease on our hands or dust on our boots. We spend most of our time just making sure the production stays on track. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it ourselves because waiting for a technician takes way too long. That’s just part of the job. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most people find us because someone else told them we do decent work. The weather lately has been making the shed pretty hot, so we take a lot of tea breaks in the shade when we can. It’s a simple setup. We focus on the metal and the machines. There’s a lot of paperwork that piles up on the corner desk, which I should probably get to eventually, but the floor work always comes first. Shrinath Industries is just a place where we work hard and hope for a quiet evening after the shutters go down for the day. It's a living, and we do our best with what we have.
