Shree Timber

If you come down to Plot No. 7314-1, you will find Shree Timber. The smell of cut wood is everywhere here. We have been cutting logs and boards for quite a while now. It’s a dusty job, and we all have sawdust on our clothes by noon. We get different kinds of wood depending on what the trucks bring in. Most of what we do is just cutting sizes for builders or for people making furniture. We have some old saws that still work great, though they need a lot of oiling. Dealing with timber is heavy work. Your back starts to feel it after a few hours of moving planks around the yard. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people just find us by driving past or hearing from a neighbor. The rain can be a bit of a problem because we have to keep the good wood dry, so we spend a lot of time moving things under the roof when the clouds look dark. It is a straightforward life at the yard. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to supply decent wood to whoever needs it. Some days are slow, and other days we can barely keep up with the cutting. That is just how the timber business goes. We keep a small pot of tea going in the corner for when we take a break.
