Rajshree Industries

Rajshree Industries is located at Plot No. 1706-12. It’s a basic industrial unit, similar to many others in this row. We spend most of our time in the back where the actual production happens. The front door sticks a little bit during the summer, so you have to give it a good shove. Inside, it’s mostly shelves filled with parts and some workbenches that have seen better days. We’ve got a couple of machines that hum throughout the day, which becomes a sort of background noise after a while. My dad started this place, and now I’m the one looking after things. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing person. If you come by, you’ll probably find me with grease on my hands. It’s just the nature of what we do. We take our lunch breaks together under the shade of the tree outside when the weather is decent. It’s a quiet way to run a business, without much fuss. We try to keep things moving so nothing piles up too much. Some weeks are quiet, and other weeks we are working late into the evening. We don't really follow a strict nine-to-five schedule because the work dictates when we leave. It’s a practical way to live, and we've managed to keep the doors open for a long time by just being consistent. We don't need much more than a steady supply of work.
