Jay Khodiyar Industries

Over at Plot No. 5009-1, you’ll find Jay Khodiyar Industries. We’ve been running things here for a while now. It’s a typical industrial setup. We have our machinery on one side and a bit of storage on the other. The space isn't huge, but we make the most of it. Every morning starts with the same routine of checking the equipment and getting the power on. There’s always a bit of oil on the floor and the smell of metal in the air. That’s just part of the daily life for us. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or a polished front office. Most of us just wear old clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. We handle different types of fabrication and production work depending on what the orders look like for the month. Sometimes we're really busy and working late into the night. Other times, it's a bit quieter and we catch up on cleaning the shop. We like the independence of having our own plot. The neighbors are mostly doing similar things, so we all understand the noise and the mess. It's a hard-working atmosphere. We don't spend time on big speeches or long meetings. We just talk about what needs to get done over a cup of tea and then we go do it. It’s a practical way to run a business and it works for us.
