Surmount Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.

Surmount Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. A-2-4003. It’s a bit of a quieter part of the industrial estate, which suits us fine since we do lab work. We have been at this location for a good bit now. Inside, it’s a lot different from the machine shops nearby. We have benches with glassware, scales, and various testing equipment. It’s not all shiny and white like you see in movies; it’s a working lab with notebooks everywhere and stuff being measured out. We spend most of our time doing tests and checking samples. It requires a bit of patience and a steady hand. The people working here are mostly local folks who have been trained in chemistry or lab tech. We don't have a big marketing department. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or long-term contracts with other companies in the GIDC who need their stuff tested. The office part of the plot is just a few desks where we write up the reports. We don't really have a lobby for visitors, so people usually just knock on the side door. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we do. We try to be careful and thorough with the lab work because that is what matters. Every day is pretty much the same routine of measuring, testing, and recording the results for whoever sent us the samples that morning.
