Solar Polymers

Solar Polymers is located at Plot No. 6825. We have been here for quite some time now, and the place has become like a second home to most of us who work here. It is a standard industrial plot, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but inside there is a lot going on every day. We mainly deal with polymer materials, so the facility is full of different kinds of plastic resins and molding equipment. The smell of hot plastic is something you get used to pretty quickly when you spend eight hours a day here. We don't have any fancy receptionists or a lobby; you just walk in and you'll likely see someone hauling a bag of raw material or checking a machine. Our work is mostly about keeping the production lines moving so we can get the orders out on time. The machines are old but they still work well because we take good care of them. Sometimes they break down, and we spend the whole afternoon with our hands covered in grease trying to fix things. We have a small office upstairs where the billing and the phone calls are handled, but most of the action is on the ground floor. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, especially when all the heaters are running. We drink a lot of water and take short breaks when we can. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where everyone knows their role.
