Shree Umiya Electricals

You can find us over at Plot No. C1b-192, which is right opposite the Geb Office. It is a convenient spot for people to find since the Geb is such a well-known landmark in this part of town. Shree Umiya Electricals has been our life for a while now. We deal with a lot of different electrical components and supplies. The shop is usually a bit of a mess because we are always moving boxes around. We try to keep things in some kind of order, but it never seems to stay that way for long. My cousin and I run the place most days. We don't have any formal uniforms or a big staff. If the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and answers it. The noise from the traffic outside can be a lot, especially when the trucks are moving through. We usually have a small radio playing some old songs to keep us company while we sort through the inventory. We aren't the type to use big words or make grand promises. We just tell people what we have and what we can do. It’s a practical business. Sometimes the power goes out, which is ironic given where we are, but we just light a few candles and keep going. We like the independence of running our own small shop in this neighborhood.
