We are located at Plot No. 5161, which is right near the Geb Sub Station. Working at Shree Matangi Cooling Tower Pvt. Ltd. involves a lot of different tasks, from assembly to checking components. Because we deal with cooling towers, we often have some pretty large parts sitting around the yard. It can get a bit crowded when we have multiple projects going at once. The proximity to the sub station means we always have a good landmark to give people when they are trying to find us. Inside the shop, it’s mostly a mix of welding and fitting. We have a few veterans here who have been building these things for decades. They don't need a manual; they just know how the pieces are supposed to go together. We don't have a shiny showroom or a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people who show up in boots and work clothes to get the job done. The office is just a small room with a window looking out onto the floor so we can see what's happening. Sometimes things get messy, and we have to spend a Saturday cleaning up the scrap and organizing the tool racks. It’s a straightforward environment where hard work is expected. We value the fact that we can just focus on the engineering and not get bogged down in paperwork or unnecessary meetings. It’s just how we operate.
