About Resins And Plastics Ltd. – Chemicals in Ankleshwar
Our workshop is at Plot No. 3607. It’s just a regular industrial plot, nothing fancy to see from the road. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the heat from the machines that melt the plastics. We work with resins mostly, so there are always these big blue drums stacked up in the corner. The floor is usually a bit sticky in places, no matter how much we try to keep it clean. It’s just part of the process. We have a few extruders and some molding machines that take up most of the space. It’s cramped, but we’ve learned how to move around without bumping into each other. We don't have a big fancy sign or a polished reception area. There’s just a small wooden desk where the supervisor sits with his ledger. We spend our days watching the temperature gauges and making sure the plastic flows correctly. If the mix is off, the whole batch is ruined, so we have to be careful. It’s a lot of standing around and watching things, mixed with bursts of heavy lifting when the finished parts are ready to be crated. We’ve been at this for quite some time now. It’s a steady job, and we take it one day at a time. The noise can be a bit much, but you get used to it after the first week.
