Our place is at Plot No. A-1 3807, and it’s basically where all the packing happens. Navbharat Packing Ind. Ltd. isn't some giant corporate building with glass walls. It is a practical site where we handle boxes, rolls, and whatever else needs wrapping up. We spend most of our time looking at measurements and making sure the machines are running smooth. Some mornings are louder than others depending on what we are working on. We’ve had some rainy days where the roof leaked a bit, but we fixed that last year. It’s just part of running a warehouse. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, people find us because they need stuff packed and they heard we do a decent job of it. We use a lot of tape and cardboard every single day. The guys on the floor know their way around the cutters and the presses. It gets a bit crowded when a big shipment comes in, but we have a system that works for us. We don't try to be something we aren't. We are just a packing company doing our work day in and day out. If you walk past A-1 3807, you might see us loading up trucks or just taking a quick tea break. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy. We try to keep things organized, even if it looks messy to outsiders. The coffee machine in the breakroom is probably the most used tool here.
