You can find Nahar Plastic Industries at Plot No. C1-B-216. We’ve been operating from this same location for quite a while now. The work we do involves plastic manufacturing, which means a lot of heat and heavy machinery. It gets pretty warm inside during the afternoons, so we try to get the hardest parts of the job done early. Our staff is mostly local guys who know the trade well. We don’t have any fancy titles here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes the materials are delayed or a machine needs a new part, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of offices. We just have this one plot. Inside, it’s all about the production line. We make sure the dimensions are right and the plastic is strong enough. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but you have to pay attention or things go wrong. We keep a simple logbook of what we do every day. There’s no big philosophy behind what we do. We just make plastic items because that’s what we know how to do. If you stop by, you’ll probably see us loading a truck or checking some samples. It’s just a normal day at the shop for us. We keep things steady and try not to worry too much about the small stuff as long as the work gets finished.
