Mahavir Electricals

Our shop, Mahavir Electricals, is located right across from Roshan Cinema. It’s a landmark everyone knows, so finding us isn't too hard. The shop is small but we cram a lot of electrical supplies onto the shelves. Cables, switches, bulbs, you name it, it’s probably tucked away in a corner somewhere. The street gets pretty loud when there's a big movie playing or during the market hours. We spend a lot of our time helping people find the right fuse or a specific wire that they can't find elsewhere. It’s a bit cluttered in here, but we know where everything is. My father started this and now we just keep it going day by day. We don't have a website or any of that stuff, just a sign outside and some loyal customers who have been coming for years. Sometimes we sit out front when it’s quiet and watch the people go by the cinema. It’s a good spot to be. We deal with local contractors and also just regular folks trying to fix a light at home. There’s no big corporate talk here, just plain talk about what works and what doesn't. Sometimes the power goes out and we’re the ones people call first. It’s just how things work in this part of town. We don't mind the noise, it just means people are out and about. We like the shop just as it is.
