The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and various site reports scattered around. We aren't the type of people who stay at a desk all day. Usually, half the team is out at a site somewhere while the rest of us manage things from the plot. It can get pretty hectic when multiple projects are running at once. We’ve had to learn how to balance the paperwork with the actual physical work. Being near R. D. Cargo means there’s always a lot of heavy traffic nearby, which keeps us on our toes. We’ve spent years getting to know the local landscape and how to get things done despite the usual delays that pop up in construction and tech work. It’s a lot of long hours, but we prefer it that way because it keeps the business moving forward.
