Heubach Colour Pvt. Ltd. is located right here at Plot No. 9003-9010 in Phase-4. This side of the operation handles a lot of the finishing and the bulk work. Since we occupy several plots in a row, it feels like a long stretch of industrial space when you’re walking from one end to the other. We’ve got a lot of heavy machinery that requires constant attention, so someone is always walking around with a wrench or a clipboard. The concrete floor has seen better days, scuffed up by the forklifts and the heavy pallets we move around. We aren't the type of place with a fancy lobby or soft chairs; it’s all about the production lines here. The lights are bright, and the fans are always spinning to try and keep the air moving. Every morning starts with a quick talk about what needs to be shipped out by the afternoon. We have a few guys who have worked in these plots since the day the gates opened, and they know every quirk of the machines. It’s not always easy, especially when a machine breaks down right in the middle of a big batch, but we figure it out. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything leaving the gate is up to the standard we expect. It’s just a normal day of work in the Phase-4 industrial area, nothing more and nothing less.
