At Gujarat Insecticides Ltd., we operate out of Plot No. 805 and 806. It’s a decent-sized space for what we have to do. We’ve been based at these plots for quite some time now. Every morning, the staff arrives and we start the machines. There is a lot to keep track of when you are managing two plots like 805 and 806. Gujarat Insecticides Ltd. isn't a place for people who want to stay clean all day. There is always something that needs lifting or moving. The area is purely industrial. There aren't many places to grab a quiet lunch. We usually just bring our own and eat together. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just a local operation trying to stay on top of our work. The buildings on Plot No. 805 and 806 are older now. But they work just fine for us. We focus on the practical side of things. There’s no big corporate office with glass walls here. It’s just brick, mortar, and hard work. We value the fact that we can just get on with things without too much fuss. Being in Gujarat, the summers can be tough. The fans in the warehouse help a bit, though. We are just a group of people working together at Plot No. 805 and 806.
