Our workshop is at Plot No. 1706-2, and that’s where you’ll find the team at Exzakta Meccanica. It’s a straightforward setup where we do a lot of precision work on different mechanical components. The space is a bit cramped sometimes because we have a lot of equipment packed into the plot. We don't have a big fancy sign or a reception desk. Usually, you just walk in and find someone near a machine. We spend a lot of time measuring things and making sure everything fits together like it should. It’s quiet work in some ways, but the machines make their own kind of noise. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work that comes in and do it right. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we have lamps over the benches where the real work happens. Sometimes we have to scrap a part and start over, which is frustrating, but it happens to everyone in this business. We drink a lot of tea while we look at blueprints and discuss how to handle a specific piece of metal. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve worked together for quite a while now. We don’t bother with corporate talk or mission statements. We just show up at the plot, do the mechanical work, and go home to our families.
